Internal Structure features

The air purifier sucks the outdoor air and indoor air through the air inlet of the device, the air goes through all filters and the built-in ionizer device, after that the purified air comes out, the process repeats again and again. After a few times of circulation, the amount of dust, pollen, germs and part of the harmful gases in the air will be dramatically reduced, this is how the air is purified.

Plasmacluster + Atonmization working principle:

Tipon brilliantly combine plasmacluster disinfection function with atomization, It improves the disinfection performance of Plasmacluster. Please switch on atomization function wahrend Ionizer is on. This extra atomization function can be used 1-2 times a week, purified water for atomization is preferred.
Certain studies from Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences pointed out, that under the same circumstances, the half-life of Ions in a high humidity enviroment is longer, and at the same time it also means that the purification performance is better and lasts longer.

4 filters 7-stage filtration:
Tipon uses incrementally filtration technology, effectively filters out dust, germs, virus, formaldehyde, odors, harmful gases and other hazardous substances.

Pre-Filter:
it is made from polyester and premium PP material, light, easy to install, washable and cost-saving, it filters out hair and big particles .

EVA Filter:
It is a porous spongy mesh, mae from EVA foam material, can seperate big particles and water macromolecules which led to long filterset life.

Activated Carbon Filter:
Honeycomb-like activated carbon filter, with added premium coconut shell charcoal in the plastic honeycomb mesh and being wrapped with polyester cloth, absorbs effectively organic compounds, formaldehyde, toluene, hydrogen sulphide, chlorobezene and other suspended particles in the air. Coconut shell charcoal works 4 times better, and its lifetime is also 1.5 to 3 times longer than normal activated carbon. 

Isolation layer:
made with medical non-woven fabrics, as this layer added in front of HEPA filter, the lifetime of HEPA is obviously longer than normal.

HEPA Filter
is made of medical non-wolven fabrics, has high efficiency and low resistance, can effectivly filter out suspended particles (0.3μm).

Plasmacluster Ion Purification:
Plasma discharge gernerates and emits positive and negative ions, they inactivate germs and viruses in the air.

1. All natural substances can be seperated into positve and negative ions under the action of electric current.
2. the surrounded water molecules will be seperated into hydrogen ions and Oxygen and thus generate hydroxyl radicals.
3. Hydroxyl radicals have an extremly instability, by attaching to Hydrogen form the cell walls of bacteria in the air, it will be oxidized to water. Therefore, Bacteria loses its hydrogenions and is converted to innocuous substances.
